已重新成功宣誓的立法會議員劉小麗，早前遭九龍西選舉的落選關新偉向高等法院提出選舉呈請，要求法庭宣佈劉的議席無效，關一方今於高等法院申請寬延期限，以存入訟費保證金。惟法官區慶祥指呈請人沒有入稟後5日內的期限內作出申請，駁回申請，並撤銷選舉呈請之申請。

One of its candidates, Jackson Kwan San-wai, subsequently filed an election petition against lawmaker Lau Siu-lai – who defeated him in the Kowloon West Constituency – but the court dismissed the case last month after Kwan failed to pay a HK$20,000 deposit.
