性小眾團體早前向立法會選舉全數148張候選人名單發出調查問卷，要求就同志婚姻等平權議題表態，建制派大部分政黨及候選人不予回覆。民主派方面，民主黨各人回覆取態不同，也有人沒回覆。公民黨經團體多番要求終決定由政黨統一回答，但對同性婚姻一事態度迴避。
