荷蘭海牙的常設仲裁法院將於下周二（12日）公布菲律賓提出的南海仲裁案結果，中國海事部門昨宣布，由明日起至裁決前一日，一連一周在南海西沙群島附近舉行軍演。而中國專家再度發聲，批評南海仲裁案是越權仲裁，有損國際公義。
