特首梁振英早前表示，在九龍灣時昌迷你倉四級大火中不幸殉職的兩名消防員張耀升和許志傑，應獲頒勳章。特區政府決定向二人追授「金英勇勳章」，並預料會安排2人遺體永久安葬浩園。

Thomas Cheung and Samuel Hui were both awarded with the Medal for Bravery (Gold). The government said they faced danger with courage and selflessness in battling the blaze at Amoycan Industrial Centre.
