中紀委昨日公布，中共中央台灣工作辦公室、國台辦副主任龔清概涉嫌嚴重違紀，目前正接受組織調查。龔是國台辦首名落馬官員，又時逢台灣大選結束後不久後公布，時機引起兩岸事務主管部門及台商注意。

Gong Qinggai, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, is being investigated for “serious disciplinary violations” – a term often used as a euphemism for corruption – the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said, without giving further details.
