早年曾當小販的男子，聲稱17年前到訪女友位於深水埗的住所時，發現毗鄰單位沒上鎖，好奇入內後發現單位內家具破爛殘舊，相信已丟空多年，於是霸佔單位，並放置謀生工具和個人物品，自行配上鐵鏈以防他人進入。惟去年底有自稱業主代表將單位上鎖，禁止其繼續佔用．該男子昨入稟申請逆權侵佔，要求取得單位業權，並稱已佔用單位逾12年，曾更換大閘和繳交差餉及地租。
