On Wednesday, Flywheel Taxi (formerly DeSoto Cab) sued Uber in U.S. District Court, claiming that Uber has used its billions of dollars in funding to undercut competitors with predatory pricing, losing money on every UberX and UberXL ride in San Francisco “with the expectations of reaping extraordinary future returns.”
