強制墮胎（計劃生育）中國﹕中國在一九七八年立法規定，除農村或少數民族外，多數夫婦只允許生育一個小孩。二○一三年實施「單獨二胎」政策，即夫婦其中一方是獨生子女，便可合法生育兩名子女，但若要生第二胎，仍須辦理政府核發的再生育服務證（准生證）。剛過去的五中全會通過全面實施二孩政策，允許每對夫婦可以生育兩個孩子。
