抗衡西方諾貝爾獎的「孔子和平獎」上月宣佈，本屆得獎人為現任津巴布韋總統責穆加貝 (Robert Mugabe)，引起各方質疑曾執行種族屠殺的穆加貝，不配「和平獎」。津巴布韋總統發言人日前確認，穆加貝將拒絕接受獎項，並斥「孔子和平獎」公信力存疑。
