立法會本月復會，其中財務委員會今午由保險界的陳健波及民主黨的劉慧卿，競選財委會主席一職。最後由代表建制派的陳健波以38票勝出，票數比代表泛民的劉慧卿的18票為多，另選舉中有1票為白票。
