中國外交部一再攻擊諾貝爾委員會是「反華小丑」，將和平獎頒給劉曉波「是在公開支持中國境內違法犯罪行為，是對中國司法主權的粗暴干涉」。這種以司法主權為名，抗拒普世價值、抗拒國際社會的伎倆，北京已是駕輕就熟，但說服力越來越欠奉，色厲內荏之餘，也是對中國司法公信力的加倍摧殘。
