上任4個多月的通訊事務管理局新任主席王桂壎今日首次會見傳媒，他承認廣播業界正面對接二連三的挑戰，當中來自OTT的競爭尤其大，隨着永升成為有線寬頻(01097)大股東後，目前只剩下香港電視(01137)仍在申請免費電視牌照，當局正待對方補交資料。
