首先解釋何謂AH股，國有企業一般都在中國及香港兩地上市，在內地上市的叫A股、在港上市則叫H股，理論上，兩地股票都是同一間公司，享有同等權利，股價理應一樣，但價格則出現很大程度的差別。目前共有88隻股份同步在中港兩地上市，平均A股股價較H股貴超過三成。
