據共同社報道：在美國夏威夷州茂宜島召開的跨太平洋夥伴關係協定（TPP）談判部長級會議當地時間7月31日閉幕，與會的12個國家未能達成基本共識。有關醫藥品數據保護期和乳產品的磋商沒有取得成果，各國的立場仍存在分歧。
