馬會發言人昨日接受查詢時表示，已獲悉該名馬迷並非感染非典型肺炎，但現時在賽事前後，馬會都會在馬場消毒，包括用「一比九十九」稀釋漂白水洗抹場內設施；而在前晚賽事後，由於救護站曾處理不適的馬迷，清潔人員在加強消毒之餘，也一併消毒救護站。
