那些「爆煲」無所作為的講法，日復日，年復年，根本無助香港的社會發展，亦無助解決貧窮問題。若政府再猶豫不決，沒有把握人口機會視窗，只會把問題推卸下一代，由他們背負多年社會經濟不平衡發展所帶來的長者問題。難道香港仍舊是一個「借來的時間、借來的地方」嗎？
