什麼是所得替代率？例如：王先生是退休公務人員，他工作時月薪7萬元，月退休俸7萬7000元，多了7000元，代表所得替代率是110%。如果王先生的月退俸變成5萬6000元，他的所得代替率就是80%。

所得替代率，就是將「退休後每月退休金」除以「在職每月月薪」的比例。
