律政司就兩批人士涉於佔旺清場期間違反禁制令，控以各人刑事藐視法庭罪，其中香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒、學聯前副秘書長岑敖暉等11人早前已承認指控，法官陳慶偉今早將頒下判詞，黃之鋒被判囚3個月；岑敖暉被判監1個月緩刑1年及罰款1萬元。另外包括社民連黃浩銘在內否認指控的9人，受審後亦遭裁定罪成，黃浩銘被判入獄4個半月。
