本會翻查環保署數據，上年10月路邊監測站的二氧化氮濃度水平較前年同期下跌超過45%，較其他月份的跌幅為大（由＋2%至－20%不等）。而上年10月正發生「佔領運動」，並沒有任何車輛行駛繁忙路段，這顯示控制車輛在路面行駛的數目較當局的尾氣減排方案有效。
