政府加快發展酒店業，應付旅客增長。預算案提出，明年底推出鄰近郵輪碼頭、已劃為「酒店帶」的六幅啟德商業用地，由於坐享維港景觀，有意全部興建五星級酒店，將啟德發展成「亞洲瑞士」吸引高消費旅客。

On Hong Kong’s infrastructure and development, he says: “The Government is carrying out infrastructure work at the runway and south apron of the former airport to tie in with the hotel development in the “hotel belt” adjacent to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.  We will encourage developers to include conference facilities in these hotels.
