日本放送協會(NHK)報道，大阪一名曾接待武漢旅行團、確診感染新型冠狀病毒肺炎的四十多歲女導遊，本月1日出院，6日的病毒檢測結果為陰性，但及至上周三(19日)再出現胸痛及喉嚨痛徵狀，至昨日證實「復發」，是日本首次有病人「二度確診」。
