美国陆军第３装甲骑兵团以科罗拉多州的卡森堡为基地，是一支高度机动的机械化部队。该团成立于１８４６年，是美国陆军最老的部队之一，曾参加过第一、二次世界大战等７次大的战争和３６场战役。
