除打造全新“悍馬”外，通用動力公司也為美軍生産一批配備有激光發射裝置的“雷神”遙控掃雷車。這種輪式遙控掃雷車配有用于銷毀未爆彈藥與自制炸彈的激光發射器，可在不引爆的情況下使炮彈、地雷和其他爆炸裝置中的炸藥燃燒殆盡。
