科索沃否認指控，稱未在路軌發現任何爆炸物，批評這是塞國的挑釁行為。總理特哈契表示，科索沃尊重人民和貨物自由流動的權利，但該列車車身的塞國國旗有違國家憲法，而且車上有一些乘客和塞國官員，未有獲准入境科索沃。
