今次警方卧底行動中被捕人士包括綽號囝囝的和勝和太上皇張銓漢，及綽號田雞東的元朗區議員鄧勵東，二人都是5年前鄉事選委與前特首梁振英競選辦成員的元朗小桃園飯局座上客，其中張銓漢更被指是飯局的中間人。
