The member was speaking after receiving paperwork from the internal Complaints Against Police Office (Capo) in relation to claims against Franklin Chu King-wai, a former Sha Tin divisional commander, who is said to have hit a protester during last year’s Occupy movement. The IPCC member also said Capo had offered no new evidence.
