律政司早前向高院申請許可，就去年佔旺清場中涉違反禁制令者，以刑事「藐視法庭」起訴，但原來律政司未有按時存入「聆訊原訴傳票的預約時間通知書」，昨向高院申請批准延期存入有關通知書。不過高院今天拒絕批准律政司申請延期，換言之，針對「藐視法庭」訴訟亦告撤銷，但律政司仍有權重新展開有關訴訟。
