警司朱經緯去年處理佔領行動期間揮動警棍驅趕途人，獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會(監警會)今(10日)召開特別會議，出席的18名委員以12票對6票，大比數裁定朱經緯毆打市民證明屬實，與投訴警察課早前認為朱經緯只涉及濫用職權出現分歧，監警會會將結果交予投訴警察課，若警方仍然「維持原判」，監警會將交由特首仲裁。
