國際刑警組織（縮寫：ICPO）於1923年成立，為聯合國以外，世界上規模第二大的國際組織，包括190個成員國。國際刑警組織每年預算逾7800萬歐元（4.5億港元），由成員國支付。其主要責任為調查恐怖活動、有組織罪案、毒品等大型嚴重跨國罪案。
