晚上8時30分，一名南亞漢假扮嫖客，登上旺角荔枝角道56-58號光顧「一樓一鳳」，現場消息指，南亞漢先與鳳姐銷魂後拒絕付肉金，繼而亮出鎅刀指嚇女事主聲稱打劫後逃走。鳳姐尾隨追出，但被賊人逃脫，只好報警被人打劫。
