連接器製造商貿聯控股1月27日晚間完成6000萬美元海外可轉換公司債訂價，另外加上30天內超額認購2000萬美元上限額度。可轉換價格訂為台幣179.4元，若以貿聯27日收盤價156元計算，轉換溢價15%。
