交銀香港擬下周一（26日）推一年期人民幣存款證（Certificate of Deposit），年息達3.8厘，高過人民幣定存息率。有銀行家直指息率奇高，不是每家銀行都可以跟風，而且存款證不在香港存款保障計劃之內。
