民政事務局常任秘書長馮程淑儀早前被傳媒發現於2013年11月，與賭王何鴻燊三太陳婉珍的胞妹陳婉玉名下公司，進行罕見的樓換樓交易，馮太以西半山豪宅雍景臺一個1,117平方呎單位再加650萬元，換取由陳婉玉名下的志俊有限公司持有、跑馬地成和坊兩個合共2,359平方呎的相連單位，馮被指從中受惠。

Of the six casino operators – Sands, Galaxy, Wynn Macau, SJM Holdings, MGM China Holdings and Melco Crown Entertainment – four are predominantly foreign operations. SJM, part of gambling magnate Stanley Ho Hung-sun’s portfolio, and Galaxy are the local concessionaires.
