行政會議前成員、「首席梁粉」張震遠成立的香港商品交易所，今年1月因拖欠其前資訊科技部技術總監140萬元薪酬，被入稟申請清盤。案件昨日在高等法院審理時，商交所聲稱有一名叫黃春生的潛在投資者願意注資及保證在30天內償還商交所的三分之一債務，要求將案再押後一星期，但前總監及三名支持申請的債權人均不為所動，最終法官以商交所資不抵債，無力還款，即時頒佈清盤令。
