香港和記電訊發言人回覆本報查詢時表示，據漫遊網絡供應商的資料顯示，鍾先生今年2月6日曾在日本使用數據漫遊服務，使用量為118,696kb（約115MB），公司按客戶已使用數據漫遊用量計費，每kb為0.2元，故費用為23,739.2元。
