民航處表示，航管系統今早11時28分發出提示，指航班數據處理器出現狀況，當時「雷達顯示屏幕仍然顯示絕大部分航班的全部資料，只有小部分航班只能顯示航機位置和高度」，空管人員一直可以透過話音系統，與所有航班保持聯絡，亦一直能透過衛星導航監察技術（ADS-B），掌握全部航班的資料，並繼續提供空管服務。
