今日凌晨約1時37分，湖南省婁底市漣源市斗笠山鎮祖保煤礦發生爆炸，當時井下有29人，其中18人升井，其餘11人下落不明。救援人員到場搜救後發現當中8人遇難，其餘3人仍然失蹤。
