路政署稱已謹慎選擇擬建的升降機、扶手電梯及高架行人通道的位置,以盡量減少對鄰近建築物的景觀影響,但基於地理環境所限,無可避免仍會對部分較接近行人通道的樓宇有一些視覺上的影響,如康澤花園(約20米);富澤花園(約20米)及金文泰中學(約3米);衡峰閣(約5米)等。
