路政署稱已謹慎選擇擬建的升降機、扶手電梯及高架行人通道的位置，以盡量減少對鄰近建築物的景觀影響，但基於地理環境所限，無可避免仍會對部分較接近行人通道的樓宇有一些視覺上的影響，如康澤花園（約20米）；富澤花園（約20米）及金文泰中學（約3米）；衡峰閣（約5米）等。
