19歲腎衰竭女病人陳靜靈於瑪嘉烈醫院接受洗血（血液透析）治療，頸動脈被刺穿，其後在伊利沙伯醫院接受修補手術後中風，醫院管理局主席梁智仁昨日回應事件，他指現階段未看到有人為錯誤，會有小組檢討事件。

他指，事件是病人出現嚴重併發症，被問到事件是否屬人為疏忽(human error)，他表示目前未能回答，因要等候院方完成檢討程序。
