深水埗北河街與醫局街交界路邊一個沙井蓋，凌晨4時許突然冒煙，並燃起一道約一呎高火柱，消防接報到場，用滅火筒及開喉將火救熄。消防調查後懷疑是電纜短路，中電人員其後亦到場協助處理。
