中國在6月開始，將全面收緊網絡新聞、資訊的發布，中國國家互聯網信息辦公室發布新規定，除了官方新聞外，所有透過網站、論壇、應用程序、微博等平台發布的網站新聞，都需要得到許可，否則一律屬違法，最高可罰款3萬元人民幣，以負上刑責。
