運輸署早於○四年推出新式螺旋形迴旋處（簡稱「螺旋處」）試驗計劃，規定新式迴旋處要讓內線司機優先駛出，藉此減少碰撞及意外，惟該署十一年來一直「歎慢板」，至今全港只設置了七個「螺旋處」，數目僅佔所有迴旋處的百分之三。
