團年飯，在年卅晚，不過今年只有年廿九，一般家庭就選在這天做節。中國傳統最早有團年飯記錄，就在南朝梁宗懍的《荊楚歲時記》有記載：「歲暮家傢俱肴蔌，詣宿歲之位，以迎新年，相聚酣飲。」
