消委會表示，去年接獲13宗交友網站服務投訴，較前年的7宗升85.7%。今次調查的24個網站，包括交友配對、極速配對及單對單配對網站，當中6個提供網上交友配對服務網站的條文，其中5個列明會自動續會及收費，會員需在會籍期屆滿前自行取消會籍，否則會員會自動續會及收費。
