醞釀7年的《私營骨灰安置所條例草案》昨獲立法會三讀通過，下月30日刊憲生效，屆時私營骨灰龕場須領牌才可出售或新出租龕位，其後半年內成立發牌委員會，即龕位買賣最少凍結半年。
