鑽石山火葬場發生罕見撈亂骨頭事故。一具遺體在火化爐上層火化成骨後，遺骨跌落下格冷卻室進行冷卻期間，同一時間另一具遺體亦被運進上層火化，此時疑因系統出毛病，仍在下格冷卻室的遺骨尚未移走時，分隔上下格的閥門突然打開，令上格的遺骨連骨灰跌落下格冷卻室，導致兩名死者的遺骨連灰混在一起。
