在香港舉行的“維港巨星匯”音樂會,目的是為香港做宣傳,重塑香港在嚴重急性呼吸系統綜合症(SARS)後的形像,但音樂會舉辦至今混亂百出,引來不少批評。

Harbour Fest was held in 2003 to help bring tourism back to Hong Kong after the severe acute respiratory syndrome outbreak. The festival was mired in a corruption scandal and also was criticised for its high costs and low attendance numbers despite signing big acts such as the Rolling Stones, Neil Young and Santana.
