政府完成檢討公務員文職職系工作相關津貼，決定四月一日起停止向五百多名任職衛生署、食物環境衛生署及醫院管理局的公務員發放辛勞津貼，而一千三百多名毋須直接處理厭惡性物品的員工，亦只可獲發半額津貼，政府料每年可節省八百六十萬元。
