地政總署日前突擊到橫洲發展計劃內的楊屋新村、永寧村及鳳池村張貼收地通告，最終爆發衝突後，政府昨日正式刊憲，根據《道路（工程、使用及補償）條例》及《收回土地條例》，指令啟動橫洲收地程序，收回部分橫洲土地，有關土地在三個月後將歸政府所有，今次收地涉及七十九幅私人土地共約三點五公頃。
