香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒報名參加南區海怡西選區的區議會選舉，兩度回答問題後，仍然未獲身為南區民政專員的選舉主任馬周佩芬確認候選資格。選舉管理委員會今日 2 時 44 分發出公告，指馬周佩芬因病休假，油尖旺民政事務專員蔡亮由今日起兼任該職位，直至另行通知為止，並會成為有關選區的選舉主任。
